Hi.
I have one question about the passwords. As now is, if you type in your password, and if you type it in eg. "PASSWORD", and save it as you new pass, it is still saved in the db so, that if you later type in just "password", you still have successful login.
So my question is this - how do I make user-passwords case sensitive? I think that it would add extra security to existing one...

Thank you in advance.
Have a good day.

Passwords use to be case sensitive, but it coursed so many issues it was eventually dropped.

To make passwords case sensitive again, you will need to find all occurrences where passwords are read into the ASP and remove the part LCase

The task is no match for doing BUT this begs to another question - if I do "convert" this what issues can I expect, if any? What issues have you ran into for this, if I may ask? Finally, would you endorse this change? Because you know your soft. much better than me and your suggestion would be decision-making...

Thank you.

The problem was that allot of people had issues logging in, especially beginners who wouldn't notice things like CAP Lock being down.

Nah, those are not really true problem with soft. itself, but rather inconvenience for/from users. So I guess I will proceed with this.

Thank you again for your time.
