There shouldn't be anything on line 183, also it seems that many people using upgrades are having this error as it seems that the correct datatype isn't being set for true/false fields.

As he said, a lot of people who upgrade get this error.
Try reinstall a clean forum... Must be some problem eith the DB.
If he knew exactly what the problem is, he would tell ya howto fix it..

Look through the entire Access db for yes/no fields and change them to true/false.
