	how do i upload a image from my pc onto my forum? i cant find the upload button. thank you

	You need to grant users permission to upload images in forums using the permission system. Once this is done use the insert image windows to upload images.

	This is an error message fro the actual upload component, so you would be best of checking the aspSmartUploads web site as to what this error actually means, but at a guess I would think it saying that you don't have the correct permissions to write to the upload directory.
