hey..
 
i did read all the stuff to download the forum to my website.
but i can't do it.
i' ve got all the files uploaded with FTP, everythings working fine..
 
if i open the website, i see this

The last line 'Apache and Fedora Core' tells what the problem is.

You are using the Apache web server which will not run Web Wiz Forums, you need to use Windows IIS web server with ASP enabled.
