The cheapest option is to signup for a hosting account that includes email and a webmail service, like our own at
www.webwiz.net as this allows you to pick up email either using POP email clicnt or log into your webmail account where you can send and receive email, setup contact lists, setup spam filters, appointment calenders etc.
If you need something more than this on the premises than you should look at getting a static IP address, and setting up a server using Windows Small Business Server 2003. With the static IP you can login remotely to both office workstations and use Outlook Web Edition to send and receive your office email from anywhere in the world.
If you want to go down this route then PM me as I have a genuine copy of Small Business Server 2003 Standard Edition that I purchased 6 months ago and never activated, as Web Wiz is now a registered Microsoft Partner so they supplied us with the Premium Edition which I installed instead on the office server.
