i've installed the site as normally. i've sent the language pack of everybody's used to my site. there is a file as "browser_page_encoding_inc.asp" in the includes folder. there is the "turkish iso" file in it. i've uploaded and activated it but problem is still continued. site's language file is not supporting the turkish language. some turkish characters as "ş,ç,ğ" appearing like "y". everthing (database etc.) is normal but just my language pack has a problem. what you think about this? what is the problem in your opinion?
if you can help me i'll be very happy.
