I wish to let people upload their photos to the forum.

looking for MOD that will allow thumbnails or pic preview in the post
instade of the full size picture view.

by clicking on preview pic, full picture will be open in new window.
 
that will allow to view several picture at the same post with no need to scroll down & sides when large dimensions image is upload.
 
I looked around and found several PHP forums using this option, could not found one in ASP.
 
If anyone working on such MOD or know where I can find one..please let me know.

I don't have a mod but I have some .NET code that creates thumbnails on the fly from a picture. I think (but haven't looked into it yet) that ASPJpeg can do something similar using classic ASP.

If you don't mind waiting a while, I'll look into including such a function in my re-write of the file uploads.

I don't have other option then wait Disapprove
I'm only starting my firt steps with asp..

I also managed to find several  applications for asp (aslo .Net) but they use their own upload functions and even COM and DLL componenet which I can not register on free hosting servers.

Some works only with JPG format and I need somthing with 4 file types (.gif .bmp .jpg .png)

I have no idea on how to implant/add that into the forum code and make it
work with the DB aswell.

I'll have to leave it up to you Pro's...Thumbs%20Up

I think lot of pepole here will love to have that option
