We use the WebWiz Guestbook. We have noticed that SPAMMERS are able to by-pass the requirement to choose a Country and they are able to send another SPAM email within 30 mins. Legitimate Guestbook users must place a Country and cannot post again until 30 mins. has past.

Do you know what they are doing differently and how we can stop this?

Regarding the posting within 30 minutes, I'd check the IP addresses of each post, as it sounds like it's either different spammers, or the same spammer using different IPs.

As for the country, I'm not too sure.  Double check that it is a required field, and not just saying it on the Guestbook.

Actually the Country field is mandatory for 'normal'
 users. Some how the SPAMMERS aren't having to put one???
