	I would say you have either a corrupted database or corrupted file, delete all the files and database from the server and reupload it again. Compacting and repairing the database in Access may also help, for this you will need to open the database in access on your own machine before uploading.

	If you have upgraded from a previous version make sure that the database is also upgraded.
