The Log Analyzer my company is quite outdated and needs replacing.  There are plenty out there to choose from. 
 
I'm looking for your suggestions on products you think I should look at.  We're looking for $500.00 down to $0 in costs and are running on Win 2K3.

I take it you mean web site log file analysis?

I've been through a few over the last year testing seeing which is beat:-

SmarterStats - Certainly my favourite at the moment, packed with features. 130 different reporting tools. You can also build custom reports which can be viewed online or emailed to you. Simple setup and install.

AwStats - not bad and free but does suffer from a few security issues, but not as good as SmarterStats

123 Log Analyser - Totally keep away from this one. I lost around $150 on this. Is lacking lots of features and never got it fully working. I tried to contact the company by email which always bounces back, phone which is never answered, and even tried faxing them, but never got a reply. STAY WELL CLEAR!!

I did try a number of others, but it was about a year ago, and most were either stupid money or naff.

We use AWStats, but also Google Analytics for general info.
