let's just start by saying I don't know what I am doing - therefore, don't feel like you can insult me. I set up IIS based on the tutorial on web wiz guide. But when I type in
http://localhost I get a 401.3 error. The Virtual Web Directory I created is chsff. The direct path is C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\chsff. When I type in
http://localhost/chsff I also get a 401.3 error. The name of my computer is BUTLERFAMILY. So I tried
http://BUTLERFAMILY as well as
http://BUTLERFAMILY/chsfff. All get the same 401.3 error. Any ideas?
