Is there a way (or an add-on) to see which post each visitor is currently reading?
 
I've seen a number of other forums that let you do this and thought it would be quite a handy tool.

It's already buolt into Web Wiz Forums verions 8 and above.

Just go to the Active Users Page:-

Active Users

Version 9 builds on this and will show in the users profile if the user is online and which page they are on in the forum.

Many thanks.  I've been wanting to upgrade for a while but don't want to screw up the existing posts and information.

Is it quite straight forward to upgrade?  I've read your guidelines, etc but looking at some of the forum posts, some people are having problems.

Our forum is well used and I can't really afford downtime as users may disappear elsewhere.

How you upgrade depends on which version you are using. As you have not posted in a correct support forum it's hard to know which version you are using.

You should post in the relevant support forum to the product you are using with as many details as possible.
