Unfortunetly, I recently had a computer crash, no problem I had a backup. CD backup is scratched!  Cry

My backup had my licience key for my forum, now I can't uninstall or upgrade.  I fully legally own the software, hopefully there is a record of my purchase, is there any way to retrive my registration key?

I registered and paid quite a long time ago.

You will need to contact Sales and Accounts with your registration details so that it can be recovered.

Licenses are registered to one web site and are non-transferable, so if you have a valid license it should be easy to find as you simply supply  Sales and Accounts the URL of your forum along with some details to confirm you are who you say.

I can't see the Ticket in the Queue, did you go through the contact us pages in the main web site? If not I doubt it will get through.
