Sounds like the virus infected a file that is part of IIS and when your tools deleted the infected file IIS could not function properly...
I suggest that you re-install IIS to recover whatever file was deleted.

Try openning it with MS Access and then
go to Tools -> Database Utilities -> Compact and Repair Database:

Now I have reinstalled my Office 2007. Even then the problem is there.
After you said, I downloaded this file. windowsxp-kb829558-x86-enu.exe Then I tried to install but it says:
Setup has detected that the Service Pack version of this system is newer than the update you are applying.
There is no need to install this update.
OK |
What am I to do??
