When I am logged in as an admin I cannot access the moderator tools. The button is there, but no drop down box opens. Same with the search option for all access. Did something forget to install?

Try reinstalling all the files again and clearing out your browsers cache.

This suggests for some reason the javascript file is failing to load into your browser.

You need to look at why the javascript file is failing to load. It could be a corruption in the file, it cold be something you modified.

A link to your forum may help as will be able to loom as see what the issue is.
