Hello everyon, I use a Dell inspiron 6000 series laptop but when i boot to windows the touch pad and keyboard stop working even though I have installed the driver for the touch pad and keyboard i have also formatted the hard drives but am still facing the problem what can I do?

Seriously, how would answer that question other than referring to vendor? The hardware could be defective if reinstalling the drivers doesn't fix it... or maybe you're using the wrong drivers, so best advice comes from the hardware manufacturer, which in this case is Dell.
