E-Mail activation not working

hai everybody,
can anyone tell me what goint wrong when a new user is registering at our forum. the problem which i faced is when a user is register in my forum he get an error:
 
error details:
Server Error in Forum Application
An error has occurred while sending an email.
Please contact the forum administrator.

Support Error Code:- err_Access_send_mail_footer
File Name:- functions_send_mail.asp

Error details:-
Persits.MailSender.4
553 sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts (#5.7.1)
what is that ?
how can i solve this problem ?

I get this,

Error details:-
jmail.SMTPMail
The message was undeliverable. All servers failed to receive the message

my hotel have this w3 JMail Pro v4.4 ----
 
The server test tell me that:
 
One of the following components needs to be installed on the server in combination with an SMTP Server in for the Email Features to work.

CDOSYS - Installed
CDONTS - NOT Installed
JMail - Installed
JMail ver.4+ - Installed
AspEmail - NOT Installed
AspMail - NOT Installed

your email settings are incorrect,

you may need to speak to your host, about getting your domain on the email list,. you also may need to check email authentification

OK - But can i use this: CDOSYS or this: JMail  or this: CDOSYS og some thing else.

Sure you can use CDOSYS or JMAIL.

Be sure to provide all data required on email settings page.

The first error for ashish1237 is that you are connecting to the SMTP server, but the SMTP server is rejecting the email. You need to contact your SMTP server admin and ask them for the correct settings to be able to relay email.

The second error for Martin, is that JMail is failing to connect to the SMTP server specified. You should contact your SMTP server admin for the correct settings to connect to the SMTP server you want to use.
