Yes, you can modify the IP address to link directly to the site BUT!!!! You are only allowed 20 lookups per day without paying a membership fee.

www.maxmind.com do a very good product for finding the country and even the city for an IP address. We use it ourselves and find it very accurate. However, you do have to pay for it.
