I don't know whether this is a bug but sometimes the post number appears 3 times in Internet Explorers title bar. Other times it just has the post topic title:

Looks like a bug in IE, as this is part of the URL and not the title of the page.

Hi Bruce,
 
This is an exapmle from the address given by a notify message:
 
which results in the 3 numbers being displayed in the title bar. The third number pops up in the title bar when the page has loaded.
 
When navigating from the links in the forum it doesn't happen.

This is a bug in IE itself, not Web Wiz Forums.

The #2277 is an anchor so it takes you straight to the post. It seems that there is a bug in IE which means that any anchor is included as part of the title. No other browsers are effected.

There is nothing that can be done about this apart from wait for Microsoft to fix the bug.
