"post reply" is very slow

	I have mysql database and when user click "post reply" is very slow. Sometimes take 1 or 2 minutes. Will backup/restore database speedup this thing?

	When you make a post, if members have selected to receive email post notifications these need to be sent. 1 to 2 minutes is a very long time, either your forum is sending a massive amount of post notifications, or there are speed issues related to the mail server that you are using. I suspect though that the problem is with the speed of the mail server.
