How about writing some wiki software? I could definitely use a good wiki application in ASP or ASP.net, but the only thing remotely decent out there is MediaWiki (the software that runs Wikipedia), and it's in PHP.

I'm making some ASP.net wiki software called "VeeBeeWiki", which is looking pretty good so far. It'll probably be ready for download in another month or two.
