Once I changed the language, such as changing the codes of characters?. Would need to pass

StrRSSPageEncoding = "UTF-8"

To

StrRSSPageEncoding = "iso-8859-1"

To show accents.

UTF-8 is the prefered page encoding to use as it supports nearly all languages. As you can see for this á è ù

I need to see these characters on "WebNewsPad" and therefore need encoding iso-8859-1.

In what page can be changed?

UTF-8 does support these characters, but if you want to change it then you need to edit the file includes/browser_page_encoding_inc.asp
