How to install a Language pack ?

Couldnt find a topic about this.

So everything is going well with the English language, I downloaded the arabic language pack. contains 9 files in a "language files" folder.

What should I do ? replace the files in the the forum folder with the new arabic language files ?

I tried it and didnt work.

you must change the file "browser_page_encoding_inc.asp" in line 47

Can you translate English language to Arabic language?
I tranlsted this forum to Persian language, Persian language and Arabic language set to right to left.
you can translate Language_files's folder to Arabic and set to Browser file to rtl.
if you want, i can send this forum for you.
