	I am getting an automatic url to Default.asp wherever I have a self-referencing # a href (that goes to a bookmark or sends a variable string. This is URGENT. This is a critical problem. How can I get the RTE to NOT force the Path of the Editor into this location?

	I presume you are using IE. IE's RTE API has a bad habit of altering HTML code including URL's. You may have better luck if you use Firefox instead, also the HTML it produces is much cleaner than IE.
