	Hello I would like to embed an image which is created on fly, like this one http://www.portal.am/gallery/ThumbnailImage.aspx?ImageId=1411&size=800 , but it is not shown on the page, can you please advice how to show such images without downloading and uploading again?

	For security reasons it is not possible. By allowing querystrings such as this image uses a hacker can easily use this to compromise your forum, defacing it, and getting sensitive login data.

	There isn't as hackers would be able to manipulate it to hack your forum, even if you try and lock it down to a specific domain.
