I think that there is a language issue on this version( web_wiz_forums_SQL_server_v9.53). I had no problem with previous versions.
WE (3 persons) tried everything and we have reached to the conclusion that the editor is causing the problem. The site www.lifemag.gr/forum is unable to accept Greek Language.
Testing here will give the same result. Ελεος . This is how we get the letters.
Can anyone assist with this great problem?

This is not a version issue. The issue will be a character encoding issue.

Edit in notepad the file includes/setup_options_inc.asp and make sure that the character encoding selected is one that supports your language.

Also check that the database server is setup to support the characterset you are using.

Thanks For your reply Bruce.
Asp is causing great problems with Greek. It is not as simple as you describe in practice.
But regarding our site www.lifemag.gr/forum most problems were solved.
Using tricks like paste content on the original page from notepad to frontpage, save and publish.
Database needed some more configuration. All translated pages are working but STILL we are unable to make work RTE_language_file_inc.asp  . Now is running in English. If we change one word on it in Greek , all content of page is not functioning leaving blank the buttons etc.
Is there something that you can suggest?
Thank you

The RTE_language_file_inc.asp uses most of it's text within Javascript.

Javascript can be very difficult to work with as you need to escape some characters and if you need to use a single or double quote they also need to be escaped eg \' and \"

Thanks for your attention Bruce.
Finally all is working.
In brief for Greeks. (My version web_wiz_forums_SQL_server_v9.53)
1. Save from notepad all translated pages as UTF-8 which is webwiz forum default.
Do not use 'enter' in your translated text. All translation has to be in one single line between containing only letters, numbers . and ? between " "
2. Edit in notepad the file includes/setup_options_inc.asp and make sure that the character encoding selected is one that supports Greek. Be sure to deactivate en which is the default language.
3. Check and Edit database to accept Greek characters.
4. Check that the database server  is setup to support the characterset you are using.
