Allow Moderators to Change Member Group through the member profile without giving them access to the admin backend.

How can this be done? Any mod available?

I know that this request has been asked by quite a few people.. I think that Bruce said it was going to be a feature that will be added in on V10..

Will wait for v10 then. Is there any project document available on V10? What new features it will include and when it can be expected?

Last I heard of when the release was going to happen was the end of the year.. I am sure that Bruce will let everyone know when it will be officially released...
