HELP - Not good at this integration stuff but have installed a trial version of CAPTCHA on www.classic-clocks.co.uk - if someone can kindly navigate to 'CONTACT FOR TRADE' you will see that the Code Image is missing! I have checked that I have entered the code as prescribed and all seems to be in place - any suggestions to fix my error would be appreciated.

Looking at your source code it may have something to do with the in 2 site frames - but I'm only guessing. Did you download the captcha from webwiz or somewhere else?

1st: The reason the image doesn't load is because you did not set the variable for the Incorrect code page:

as you can see in the error below:

Microsoft VBScript compilation error '800a03f2'

Expected identifier

/untitled/CAPTCHA/CAPTCHA_configuration.asp, line 65

Const strIncorrectCAPTCHApage = "<a href="../../contact_trade.asp">Oakside Classic Clocks | Contacting Us</a>"
-------------------------------------------^

To fix this you need to add double quotes to the HTML.

In ASP if you want to use a quote you need to cancel it out with another like so:

Const strIncorrectCAPTCHApage = "<a href=""../../contact_trade.asp"">Oakside Classic Clocks | Contacting Us</a>"

2nd: Also I noticed on your contact page that you have not put the include for the CAPTCHA currectly and it is showing in the HTML - to fix this add a ! at the start like so:

<!-- #include file="untitled/CAPTCHA/CAPTCHA_configuration.asp" -->

3rd: I would highly recommend that you remove the Frames on your site, they seem to be serving no perpose what so ever, but will simply damage your sites performance in Search Engines.

I did notice in the frames code it said "1&1", did you add the frames or has your web host added them?

Either way you should try to remove the frame as soon as possible.

Hi

Thanks for the reply - Can you kindly look again the source code for my Trade contact page on www.classic-clocks.co.uk - I believe that I have corrected the coding but the problem of No Coded Image still persists!
Regards
Frank

The problem is that because you have moved the files around, you have not updated the includes:
The include file 'CAPTCHA/CAPTCHA_configuration.asp' was not found.

if you have problems again, click this link, and it will give you the error message for your Captcha image:
