	Is it possible to use winsock in asp? If it is then how? Thanks, Martin.

	You'll either have to use a Component or WSH, ASP itself cannot make use of WinSock

	I've already got asp.net and am starting to use it but i can't figure out how to use winsock in it, is it just like visual basic 6.0 where you insert components? Thanks, Martin.

	There are a few examples at aspin on how to use Winsock with WSH thus I think it is not necessarily the best solution. There is a free component you can use (also at aspin) which makes it a little more secure and versatile.
