What emails is it you wish to be sent as HTML? Could you describe in more detail what it is you wish to achieve?

Though, I think the user must enable HTML emails in the control panel for notifications and such.

Hi Again.
 
now my forum send emails in text format.
but i want he send email in HTML format - i want add html tags like: bold (<b>) or rtl..
