Hi everyone.
 
Is there a way to send AUTOMATIC email notifications to certain member group whenever there's a post on the forum. What I want to do is notify tech support each time there's a post on the forum.
 
I know there's a way to receive notifications if you post new topic or reply to it, but I need to send notifications EACH TIME there's a post. Is there a way to do this?

It would be illegal for you to opt those people into receiving such bulk email, but they can subscribe themselves to various forums and receive notifications of all posts in that forum, except for one they make themselves.

To do this they can either select 'Watch this forum' from the 'Forum Options' drop down in that forum, or they can go to the subscription tab in their member control panel and subscribe to forums from there.
