why it is..?

only my site in different comps
no other site on that webhost have this problem

so pls  show what wrong in that program.,

Not heard of this issue so can only presume that it is due to a modification that you have made to the forum.

The problems all appear to be CSS Related.

Try reuploading the original files in the CSS_styles folder again.

Looking through the images that your link shows, it also could appear that you have not uploaded all of the images in the forum_images folder
