Flash is not an image like a Gif, JPeg, PNG, BMP, etc are.
Flash is an movie file and requires that the end users has a Flash plugin installed on their browser to view the Flash movie.
To add a Flash movie to a web page it is not the same as adding an image as in IE it uses an ActiveX plugin, in other browsers it is created as an object.
Web Wiz Forums does support adding Flash movies to posts using the add inset movie icon
and it then builds the code required to show it.
However for the banner image Flash Movies are not supported and as not everybody has the Flash plugin it is recommend that you avoid this format for a banner image and use an image format instead.
If you still wanted to use the Flash Movie for your banner image you would need to lookup the required code on Google for adding Flash to a webpage and then add this code to the header.asp file found in your includes folder.
