PM problems

We have users complaining that they type out a long PM and hit send then it comes back with the recipients box is full and the message is lost. Can anything be done to rectify this?

Also many people trying to delete a single message accidently hit the delete all messages button because it is on top and it does not ask, Are You Sure and they are all gone.

Any help on both of these simples issues would be greatly appreciated.

I'd like to see perhaps a "drafts" bit like email does, or at least to go back to the original message and not simply "delete" it if it can't be sent due to a full PM box. Right now 5 minutes or more of work is lost totally if their box is full....... frustrating as heck.

We admins and mods get tons of PMs, and at times, if we're away for a couple of days, the PMs fill up.

It would be nice if at least one of these could happen:
A. Go back to original message and let user know to copy and paste it or something and not simply delete or drop it if the recipient PM is full
or
B. Have a drafts folder - which I know, is another database change!
