Is there a way to use some sort of Random phrases script on the signature?

I don't know how far we can go on scripting in the signature field, and not sure also if it is safe to allow it to have scripts...

I wouldn't allow users to insert their own scripts.  That would be opening you up to all sorts of attacks.  This would be something that would have to be custom coded as a mod, I would think.
