Perhaps I am missing something, advice welcome.

When I download WebWiz forums from this site I receive a file having the following name:

Web_Wiz_RTE_v4.04.zip

When I extract the contents it doesn't look much like the forums software to me, and there is no sign of a database folder which I have come to expect.

Could you please confirm that I am receiving the correct file when I download? Previous downloads have had names like web_wiz_forums_v9.64.zip, and have included a database directory etc.

You may have clicked on a wrong link as I've just tested it, and I have a forum software folder and not anything else

I certainly didn't click the wrong option. It was from within my client area and the button was clearly labelled for downloading WebWiz forum software. I did that a couple of times (separately), but I still got what I believe to be the wrong software.
 
Have just tried again and this time it looks as though I have the right software.
