As I've never worked with this, I'm probably doing something wrong. :(

The XML page cannot be displayed

Cannot view XML input using XSL style sheet. Please correct the error and then click the Refresh button, or try again later.

Only one top level element is allowed in an XML document. Error processing resource 'http://chronicpainsite.com/mb/HttpAPI....

The output is in XML format. For the sound of it your browser is trying to use an XSL style sheet to format the XML output.

To test the API try using a different browser such as Chrome or Firefox.

Getting closer, but in FF, get the following...
(and I am using the main Admin username and password)

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.
      <ApiResponse><ErrorCode>-100</ErrorCode><ErrorDescription>Admin Login Fail</ErrorDescription><ResultData/></ApiResponse>

That is correct as the output data is in XML format.

It is intended to be parsed by an XML Parser to pull out the data from it that you require.

OK, now for a real dumb post.

I've never done anything using XML format.
All I did here was fill in the blanks on the HttpAPI.asp page.

Is there some place a dummy like me can figure this out easily? :)

Thanks

That's the page that I'm trying on my site.

I try filling in any of the forms on that page and get errors. Both on my site and on the link you posted. :(

I know it's something I'm doing but I don't know what.
