I'm sorry, that my English is not so good, i am from te Netherlands, and English is not my best language.

I want a Forum on Web Wiz, i download the latest version, but i don't now how i install it.

Is there anyone who can help me?

No most free hosts would not meet the requirements as free hosting accounts are usually lightweight accounts as a taster to upgrade to full hosting accounts if you want to run more demanding apps such as a forum.

Can I suggest that you really consider having a hosted solution here at Web Wiz - LINK

Priced reasonably I believe, you will get a support system, and a Premium edition of the software. The starter forum hosting would be your best option as free hosts suggests problems from the start, and if you have a serious idea about having a forum, then it would be better to have a professional package
