	It's an idea for a new version. There are users who deleted the images that have been a message. You could do that when an image appears there is an image saying for example: "This picture has been deleted." When you enter a message that contains photographs and they do not exist is very ugly and if notice appeared an image of the forum would be nicer.

	The present version simply places images and files as HTML in to the post. For this feature to be present uploaded images and files within a post would need to be placed within it's own table or table filed within the database. Version 8 use to place uploaded content in to a table filed within the database, but this was removed in version 9 due to the extra complexity causing issues and being limited on the number of included images and files within a post to just 3 or 4. The present system of placing the HTML for the image or file URL within the post is not limited on the number of images or files you cab include within a post.
