upload titles missing

	Okay, I just realized that when I upload a file and attach it to a post; the directory and file name are shown, not the assigned title. How can I fix this? Running ~~10.14~~ ~~10.13~~ ... 10.14 Access DB Edited by bknight - 06 December 2012 at 8:55pm

	The Title in the Upload Page is for the link, by giving it a Title when you move the mouse over the linl the title of the link will popup. If you wish to use text as the link for example 'Download Here' you need to first type the text in the editor, then highlight it before clicking the Upload Toolbar Button. This will then apply the link to the download to your highlighted text.

	Alt text is for images, but URL Title Text is similar and will popup a tool tip popup in supporting browsers.
