Feature questions

 

If I turn it on, some mobiles can see a different view and other users (iPad for example) complain. I cant find any meaty documentation on what this feature is, what it does, how it works so wondering if you could explain here please?

 

Also some people are complaining that their session information is not being stored. So we have a post a , the user b reads, but then when user b comes back, post a is showing as unread. I dont have the full details but the question is, has "Latest forums posts" altered or how the cookie is stored? (I am set to store in the DB so I dont think its "switching machines" thats the issue)
