Hi

A problem has cropped up the the main RSS feed in our forum. The error returned is as follows;

HTTP Error 500.50 - URL Rewrite Module Error.

The expression "RSS_{C:3}_forum{C:2}.xml" cannot be expanded.

The RSS link works from within a forum - eg when FID exists on a URL.

From looking at the setup I can see the URLRewrite rules firing. eg it works if we move the correct rule up in the order of preference, it then breaks the FID rule.

Do you have any insight into how we resolve this one please? We're running 10.14.

Cheers
Craig

Hi Bruce

The RSS link on the main page is broken - http://www.fishing.net.nz/asp_forums/

The RSS link on this page works - http://www.fishing.net.nz/asp_forums/the-captain-morgan-briny-bar_forum3&SID=18148997a8ab98669c923eb5d2de44146527778.html (all forum ones work)

Hope that helps.

Cheers
Craig

How very odd are not able to replicate this error.

Are you using the latest version of the Web Wiz Forums URL Rewrite Tool? The latest version is 1.8 and can be downloaded from the page below:-
