 Ok, so after years I went to install the webwiz again. Everything goes great until I try to access a created forum; at which point it gives me a 404 error with this in the url bar...

 http://blahblah/forum/bake-news_forum1.html

 Can someone please let me know what I messed up. I realize this is probably a stupid question based on me messing something up, but any help would be appreciated. It will allow new users to register, and will allow me to make as many groups and or forums as I wish. I have just never seen webwiz do this before...

This issue would happen if you enabled URL Rewriting from the search engine optimisation page in the admin area without first installing the URL Rewrite tool from the page below:-


If the server that you are using does not support URL Rewriting then disable URL Rewriting from the search engine optimisation page in the admin area.

Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I had not gone through all the new features. I am very impressed my group will be looking into actually buying the product if I can get her all up an pretty.
