not permanent labled topics are useful

in some forums, subforums or category its good idea to allow members create expiry marked topics.
then admin in batch delete topics can delete these temporary marked topics with no activity during 1 month, for example.

sometimes user sell something and topic need expiration. or report current condition of somting for example current storm condition and movement. I prefer these kind of topics don,t kept forever. in forum rules I can request members chose this kind of topics.

these kinds of topics are very useful for users who need freedom to discuss free off-topic things but related to certain category, greet those who are active in specified forum , say jokes ....  .
this lets  users be free and have fun and more active in their own forum not just in specified free category . this increase quality of other topics by allowing uncontrollable users legally spam in their temp labled topics . users need somthing  more lasting than chat and not limited to just on portion of website forums.

point system  and post counter will be disabled in temp labeled topic  and only work in ordinary useful topics. so spammers don't receive extra points prize

by regularly deleting this kind of topics, valuable topics will kept and finding interesting ones will be easier for members.

these temporary topics must have different color or icon detectable by users.
moderators also be able mark desire topics as temp or ordinary.
also a page is needed for admin to list this temp marked topics  to change their label if needed.

another possible usage is all new-user created topics marked as temp and moderators can remove this lable.
