Members loose their account level

	I am having a strange problem where I update a users account; then the next day I check it and it has returned to the new user account level. It doesn't happen all the time, but enough that it is driving me batty (which isn't a far drive). Using the latest WWF, and SQL database... Thanks

	Is the group part of a ladder system? Groups that are within an ladder system allow the member to move up groups automatically the more points they receive from creating posts. When a member creates a new post and they are in a ladder group the number of points they have is checked and they are then placed in the relevant group for the number of points they have. If you do not wish for members to be moved from groups based on their points you can create groups that are not part of a ladder system.
