Been using web wiz forums for a while and am trying to integrate a new installation of Newspad. Install of NP appeared correct, database test successful. Then I connected to my forums database, test showed successful. Here are my problems:

1) When I click Create Enewsletter using No Template, I get a 404 error although the url "appears" ok.

2) When I click Newspad Subscribers, I do not see any of my forum members.

3) After integrating both NP and WW, I still do not see the checkbox in a user profile to select enewsletters.

Hoping I am missing something simple :)

1. Check that you are not using any security filters on the server or Intrusion Prevention Service that could be blocking the page from showing. IIS has built in security for this in IIS 7+ changing the application pool to Classic Pipeline often fixes such errors.

2. Web Wiz Forums subscribers would not be shown within the NewsPad subscribers page. You can select Web Wiz Forums member groups when sending eNewsletters.

3. In Web Wiz Forums make sure that you have enabled NewsPad support from the Web Wiz Forums admin area in order that a Newsletter subscription tab is displayed within the forum members profile.

Thank you, I have no idea what #1 means, sorry. I wonder if I still have a connection problem, should the first check show my database?

Regrading question 1 the 404 error message, if you are unsure if you have filtering on the server which is blocking the page loading your should contact your server admin as the issue relates top a server or network filtering which is blocking the page and not the NewsPad application.
