Hi,

I have two question in terms of this web wiz:

1. I need to add an image for guest only.  How would I go about that?
2. I am using a forum ads and I want to show an add using that tool for members only.  How can I do that as well.

Thanks

I am guessing that this post relates to Web Wiz Forums so have moved your post to the Web Wiz Forums forum.

I can not answer your first question as I have no glue what you mean.

The second question on ads the same ads would be shown to every one in your forum. There is no option to select which groups can or can not see an ad.

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.  What I need is to add 2 separate information on the footer for guest and members.  For instance, a guest would have text that reads 'register to get this' and members would have something like 'if you are interested, do this..'  How would I go about that?

Thanks

I have used the following to hide part of the forum for guests (changes to default.asp). Please be aware that this is just at hack for the 10.17 version of the forum:

If lngLoggedInUserID = 2 AND blnWindowsAuthentication = False AND (blnMemberAPI = False OR blnMemberAPIDisableAccountControl = False) Then
    ' do nothing for guests
Else
    ' do something for non-guests
End If

Hi,

I tried that code.  It didn't seem to work.  Any other way of getting this to work.

Thanks
