why can't i access my main forum yet? Do i have to create it manually or does uploading the files automatically do it for me? What is the URL to the main forum? Even if i link it to ....../forum/default.asp, it still comes up with the "Forum Adminstration Login" page. I don't have a starting page because someone told me to delete it. Is there any way i can get this thing to work?

No it's not. I've already managed to start up my forum i just can't get into the main page for some reason

First where is your site? ie www.whatistheurl.com

Second, what directory is the forum in? ie www.whatistheurl.com/yourforum

Third, are you getting a specific error?
Need Hosting, Domains, Dedicated Servers?

Sounds like you may have not unzipped the files correctly keeping them in there correct directories, you may need to delete and reupload all the files again.

Make sure you follow the installation instructions to the letter.
