I Need It To Be In Middle And About The Same Width As The One On FX PORTAL, My Banner At The Top Where The FX PORTAL BANNER IS and the buttons moved under to where the buttons are on FX PORTAL FORUM

you need to edit the header.asp, footer.asp, and navigation_buttons_inc.asp.............. all you have to do is edit the html to place the forums inside a table, you open the table tags on header.asp and close them on footer.asp, then on navigation_buttons_inc.asp add a <br> after the banner so that the buttons go underneath it......
