Hi,

Is it possible to use ASP and PHP scripts on the same website?  I have a site  with a contact form which I would like to process using ASP but the form itself in on  a page which needs to be .php

The form appears to submit ok but does not sent the email.  I've used the same form on another site and it works fine - so I wondered if it was something to do with the php element?

If the web server is congifured to run ASP and PHP, then you should have no problem. My web host does allow ASP and PHP and I have run them both similtaneously with no problem.

Hi LJamal,

Thanks for the quick reply - I think I need to speak to my hosting service - I suspect that something is not configured properly.

Like your site!

i think it will work perfectly fine as long as you dont put PHP coding in a ".asp" page

or ASP coding in a ".php" page

Nope, because the individual processing engines can not parse the others code.
